CHILDREN TICKETS: Children age two (2) and under may be admitted to Braves games without a ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three (3) and above require a ticket.
IN PERSON (Ticket Windows/Will Call): The CoolToday Park Box Office windows are located on the front left corner of the Red Lot, on the southwest side of the stadium in the Plaza. The hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
OFFICIAL GAME: A game becomes official after 4 1/2 innings, if the Braves lead. Otherwise, five full innings must be completed before it is considered a regulation game.
RE-ENTRY: Guests are not allowed to leave CoolToday Park and return on the same ticket. In the case of an emergency, re-entry can only be granted by a Fan Assistance Supervisor. Please see a Fan Assistance team member prior to exiting the gates. All guests re-entering the ballpark are subject to security re-inspection.
No re-entry will be allowed for any Braves parking lots.
